This is 89-year-old Maisie Green.

Maisie has hand-knitted 450 dog coats and blankets for abandoned pooches at the The Dog’s Trust re-homing center in Islington, UK. Ms Green donates her gifts to the center three times a year.

The Basildon Standard reports:

She said: “I love knitting and I love dogs, so this combines both wonderfully. It takes me three days to knit a blanket and one day to knit a doggy coat. It keeps me busy and often I like to knit whilst watching television.
